
Anne Egros has been trained to use the Extended DISC® Systems to provide decision-makers with information about individuals; their behavioral style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations.
The extended DISC method is based on the four main styles defined by Carl jung identifying if people are more : 1-People or Task Oriented 2-Reserved or Active (also mentionned as Introvert-Extrovert)
The resulting four style is D-style-(Dominance) I-Style-(Influence) S-Style-(Steadiness) C-Style-(Correctness)
The results of the tests can be discussed with the coach for defining:
